Order Cancellation Guidelines
Timeframe for Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled before Shipping of placing the order for a full refund.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Custom and Personalized Items:
- Orders for custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
How to Cancel an Order

Confirmation of Cancellation:
- Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- For orders involving custom or personalized items, refunds may be subject to a deduction if production has already started.

- Orders that have already been processed or shipped.
- Custom-made or personalized products after production begins.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., updating an address, modifying an item), please contact us within 12 hours. After this period, changes may not be possible.
